Autumn Sunset
Named after its beautiful orange-yellow colour, this cocktail is a sweet treat full of autumnal flavours.
- 50ml Sir Robin of Locksley Distilled Artisan Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Sheffield Honey Syrup*
- 4 leaves of Fresh Sage
- Pomegranate Juice
Muddle the Sage leaves and syrup before adding the rest of the ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled Martini glass. Pour pomegranate juice down the side of glass from a squeeze bottle so it sinks to the bottom. Garnish with a sage leave.
*Dissolve honey with an equal amount of warm water.
