Please note that in the United Kingdom, it is an offence for:

  • Persons under 18 years old to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol.
  • Anyone to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol on behalf of someone who is under 18 years of age.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age required for purchasing alcohol in your country of residence.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

If you are unhappy with products purchased which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money, or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods. In this event, the products must be returned to us in original condition. We will make reimbursements within 30 days of cancellation. Any product returned must be within its original packaging. (Unfortunately we cannot pay for the delivery charge of unwanted products.)

However, if any products that we send you are faulty or damaged we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of delivery, if you prefer. If products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within a reasonable time of receipt of the products. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us of your wish to return the products. Any product returned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.

We use real ingredients for all of our products, and recommend consuming them within the first twelve months of purchase. Colours of liquids may change over time, as we don’t use any artificial ingredients. As with most natural products, some separtion may occur. If this happens, give your bottle a shake to re-dissolve any particles.

Tours and Events

Tours, tastings, experiences, and other organised events are non-refundable. Re-scheduling a postponed experience or event is at the discretion of Locksley Distilling Co. Ltd.

If you can’t attend your scheduled booking please let us know in advance. Cancellations or postponements made within 48 hours of your reservation are not re-bookable as it is difficult to fill spots at short notice (think theatre/sporting events/concert tickets etc), and we still have to pay staff for scheduled hours.

By attending any of our experiences you agree to being photographed/filmed, and having your likeness used for marketing purposes.

Gifting our Tours & Classes

If you are purchasing any of our experiences as gifts, please make sure the recipient is available on the date of the tour/class you are booking. If you are unsure of the recipient’s availability, we recommend purchasing a voucher instead. They can then book a date using their unique voucher code at their convenience.

For cancellations or postponements of tours/classes purchased as gifts, your recipients’ reservations are not re-bookable within 14 days of the tour/class. This is due to the logisitics of re-selling event spaces at short notice.

Vouchers

All vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Extensions can be made at the discretion of Locksley Distilling Co. Ltd.
