Co-Lab® is our range of unique spirits that we’ve designed and created directly in collaboration (Co of Co-Lab®) with a select group of businesses, organisations, and institutions who share our ethos and love of custom/tailor-made products. We have previously incorporated locally-foraged ingredients, discarded food by-products, botanicals grown in collaborators’ gardens, and used innovative methods to make the most of our spirit’s bespoke elements: most of the specialist distillates we use are made in the laboratory corner (Lab of Co-Lab®) of our distillery, a.k.a. our “Flavour Lab”. Co-Lab® is all about creativity, community, and inventiveness.
We’ve not looked back since we started working on our first project in 2018. We typically launch 3 to 8 Co-Lab®s each year with new collaborating partners. We work with companies, and individuals from a wide range of differing business sectors. So as long as there’s a synergy, we are always on the lookout for new projects in this amazing, and award-winning range.
2025/26 are shaping up to be our most prolific Co-Lab® years to date… we hope to have completed our 38th collaboration by Christmas 2025. On top of new projects, most of our partners request multiple repeat batches, highlighting the quality, and recognition that is associated with this range.
We’ve produced Co-Lab®s at all scales, from batches as small as 60 bottles, making it realistically attainable for almost any company or individual that wants to collaborate.
