Tickled Trout Co-Lab® London Dry Gin
Chris Mapp, Chef/Owner of the Tickled Trout in Barlow recently approached us to try distilling various foraged ingredients he had incorporated into their menu. We’ve always had a great relationship with Chris, and his team, and knowing their amazing creativity we jumped at the chance.
On top of juniper, and a few other essentials, we have distilled woodruff from Chris’s garden, honey from his mum’s bees, hay from a local field, and fennel pollen because it rocks. The resulting London Dry Gin is phenomenal.
