Pivot – Rafters Restaurant Co-Lab® London Dry Gin

We’ve always had a close relationship with Al, and Tom from Rafters Restaurant. So when they asked us to make a range of seasonal gins featuring ingredients grown in the restaurant garden/allotment we jumped at the chance.

The recipe for their Pivot Gin, to accompany their amazing Pivot cookbook, is based on one of their “tweaked” winter gins. We use cinnamon, blood orange, cranberry, clementine, Douglas fir, and cloves, on top of five more traditional ingredients, to create a complex, yet classic London Dry Gin.
