Bullion & Khoo’s Co-Lab® Chocolate Chilli Rum

We’re incredibly excited to introduce our very first rum – and it’s something truly special.

Once again working with Max and his team at Bullion Chocolate, we’ve distilled single-origin cacao nibs , paired them with a vibrant and fruity mix of chillies from Alex at Khoo’s Hot Sauce, and added a twist of lime for a refreshing lift. The result? A smooth, spicy rum… This bold, flavour-packed spirit is perfect for a fiery mojito or a daring daiquiri.

It will once again be featured in one of our cocktails at the Sheffield Cocktail Festival, this time in  Sororité, a beautifully balanced serve with a bit of ginger, and a bit of smoke.
