We’re very proud to collaborate with the amazing Bench Restaurant on the first UK clear Amaro, in fact we only know of one other world wide.

Jack, and Ronnie from Bench carefully selected eleven cold distilled botanicals and we blended them together in perfect proportion to make up this incredibly complex bitter-sweet aperitivo. Ingredients include Carlingford oyster shells, dill, and locally foraged fig leaves.
