
Chocolate Cherry Bakewell Sour
This cocktail is a chocolatey twist on a traditional Bakewell treat flavour.
- 40ml Cocoa Nib Co-Lab Liqueur
- 20ml Amaretto
- 15ml Maraschino Liqueur
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- Egg White (or Aquafaba)
Reverse dry shake and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with maraschino syrup.
