Red Hot Robin
A Basil Smash meets a Gimlet, with a little heat. This cocktail combines our smooth gin with citrus, basil, and a blast of Alex Khoo’s sweet but not so innocent Golden Syrup. The latter is an amazing, tangy hot sauce, made from chillies grown in Sheffield.
- 60ml Sir Robin of Locksley Artisan Gin
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Simple Syrup
- 5ml Khoo’s Golden Syrup Hot Sauce
- Handful of Fresh Basil
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with Lime zest and chilli pepper.
