Locksley Distilling is once again teaming up with The Psalter for a flavour-packed evening celebrating collaboration, seasonal cocktails, local spirits, and inspired pairings. For just £6, guests can enjoy a live demonstration of three specially created cocktails, and sample each one of them.

The Locksley team will take you through three cocktail styles: one shaken, one stirred, and one built. Each drink will showcase seasonal ingredients and Locksley’s distinctive spirits. Whether you’re already a cocktail enthusiast or just love a well-made drink, it’s a fun and relaxed way to dive into the craft behind the cocktail.

To add a hands-on twist, three lucky guests will be invited to join in and make a cocktail alongside Locksley’s Cynthia (one person for each drink). These spots will be chosen on the night, so come ready to volunteer if you fancy getting involved! But whether you’re shaking things up or watching from your seat, everyone will get to sample all three cocktails.

To complement the drinks, The Psalter will be offering optional small-plate pairings created specifically for each cocktail. Designed to enhance the flavours and seasonal notes of the drinks, these dishes and full cocktails are not included in the £6 ticket price but will be available to purchase on the night, perfect if a particular pairing catches your attention.

Throughout the evening, there’ll also be an exclusive discount on Locksley G&Ts at the bar, giving you the chance to explore more of the range. Whether you’re trying something new or enjoying an old favourite, it’s the perfect excuse to treat yourself to a glass or two.

And if you find something you love, you’ll be able to purchase bottles from the Locksley range on the night, with event-only discounts. It’s a great chance to stock up, grab a gift, or take home a bottle of something special.
