BATCH TWO – Get it while it’s hot!

Our newest Co-Lab is something truly special. When Charlie from Barks Wine Shop asked for a bulk mulled wine to serve this holiday season, we decided to go far beyond the ordinary.

Cynthia, famed for crafting what many experts have confirmed is the best mulled wine ever, took her classic recipe into the Flavour Lab and created a distilled essence of pure festive flavour. This aromatic distillate of six seasonal botanicals was then blended into two beautiful wines provided by Charlie:

• Red Mulled Wine
  Blended with Sheffield heather honey and our Morocello for a deep, warming, subtly spiced profile.

• Orange Mulled Wine
  Finished with Morocello and a cocoa nib distillate made using Bullion’s incredible local cocoa nibs, adding a bright citrus character with a gentle chocolate warmth.

The response has been phenomenal – over 200 servings sold during the launch at the Leah’s Yard Tree Lighting.

Unfiltered – shake well and warm before serving.
