World Martini Day – Co-Lab® Gin 2021

This was created when Martini Club UK posed the question: What would happen if you distilled vermouth?

In Locklsey’s Lab, the answer came back loud and clear and this limited edition was born. In addition to the vermouth, we’ve distilled juniper in two different ways to get layers of flavour. We’ve kept the rest of the mix relatively simple to let the stars of the show truly shine. We don’t think there has ever been a better gin for a classic Martini.
