Marian’s Martini
This pink drink is much like Maid Marian herself, it looks sweet and innocent, but watch out, there is more to it than meets the eye. Best served into a chilled coupe with a block of ice.
- 37.5ml VSOT Navy Strength Gin infused with Hibiscus, Pink Peppercorns, and Lemon
- 37.5ml Mancino Sakura Vermouth
Stir down over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. For an “instagram worthy” serve strain into a chilled coupe with a block of clear ice. Garnish with lemon zest.
