An original creation born during a global pandemic, a special one for friends who like good-old-fashioned boozy cocktails.
- 27.5ml Navy Strength, Very Special Old Tom Gin
- 20ml Cocoa Nib Co-Lab Liqueur
- 20ml High Quality Sweet Vermouth
- Absinthe to rinse glass.
Rinse a Nick & Nora Glass with Absinthe (good quality- nothing neon green), then chill. Stir down the rest of the ingredients with ice, and strain into the chilled glass. Garnish with a square of dark chocolate.
