The Cricket Inn Co-Lab® – Penny Lane London Dry Gin

When the guys from The Cricket Inn came to the distillery to start discussing this Co-Lab, they dove into our distillate library to explore flavours they could use. We had just distilled a batch of Lapsang Souchon, and the smokiness reminded them of the smell of the pub, with their cozy, warm open fire places, and Bertha oven. Tonka Bean rounded out the flavour, and Cherry Blossom was added for balance.
