Basil & Olive London Dry Gin – Limited

This collaboration was a long time in the making. We began working on it in 2019 alongside the team at Gin to My Tonic, a travelling gin festival from Oxfordshire, with a brief to create a distinctly Mediterranean gin — equally at home in a G&T or in a Martini.

The development process was meticulous. We cold distilled many different varietals of olive before selecting the Nocellara for the final blend. Then Covid intervened, pushing the launch back to early 2022. Worth the wait.

We were proud that this gin was chosen as the inaugural bottle for Gin to My Tonic’s Craft Gin & Rum Subscription Club. Sadly, the festival has since closed, but the gin lives on . . . re-released now under a new name and new label as part of our Limited range, in honour of a milestone birthday in the distillery family.

Botanically precise and unmistakably savoury, Basil & Olive is a gin that makes a bangin’ dirty Martini. One of our all-time staff favourites.
