Thyme Café Co-Lab® Gin

A new rendition of a favourite collaboration with Thyme Café. This is to celebrate the restaurant’s 20th anniversary, and when the staff asked us to be involved, we jumped at the chance. Botanicals include Bay Leaf, Douglas Fir, Heather, Fig, Lemon Thyme, Olive, and Grains of Paradise.

As a G&T this pairs beautifully with a Mediterranean tonic, garnished with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh thyme. It is incredible in a Bee’s Knees, or a Martini; these can both be sipped alongside a cheese platter (especially with blue cheese.)
